Booking
By submitting a reservation request, you agree to the following:
Reservation Confirmation
All bookings submitted online are considered requests until confirmed by our team. You will receive a confirmation email or text once your reservation is approved.
Rates & Zone Pricing
All fares are based on our published zone pricing, vehicle type, and any additional services selected. Final pricing may be adjusted if pickup or drop-off locations fall outside the selected zone.

Deposit
50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable as long as your cancellation meets the terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Waiting Time
Additional waiting time charges ($75/hour) may apply for delays beyond the included grace period. Airport pickups include a standard grace period of forty-five (45) minutes for domestic and sixty (60) minutes after flight arrival.
Changes to Reservations
Any changes to pickup time, location, number of passengers, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow driver instructions. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers. Excessive cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or bodily fluids.
Luggage & Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please ensure all belongings are removed at the end of the trip.
Safety & Capacity Limits
Vehicle seating and luggage capacity limits must be respected. The driver may refuse service if safety regulations are violated.

Weather & Traffic Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy helps us respect the time and resources of our drivers.

Cancellations made more than 12hours before pickup → Eligible for a full refund

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup → May incur a full‑fare charge

Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup → Non‑refundable

No‑shows (not meeting the driver at the designated pickup point) → Charged the full fare

If a driver cancels due to an operational issue, we’ll arrange a comparable replacement or issue a full refund if no alternative is available.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside the carrier’s control are not eligible for refunds.
