ElevateX Car Service (“ElevateX”) operates solely as a transportation broker. We arrange transportation services through licensed, insured, and independent third‑party carriers. By booking with ElevateX, you acknowledge that all transportation is performed by these independent operators and not by ElevateX directly.

2. Independent Carrier Responsibility

All drivers, vehicles, and transportation services are provided by third‑party carriers. These carriers are responsible for safety, vehicle condition, timeliness, and service quality. ElevateX is not liable for accidents, delays, damages, personal injury, or service disruptions occurring during transport.

3. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be secured with valid payment information. Rates may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, tolls, wait time, or additional services requested. Any changes to your reservation may result in updated pricing.

4. Cancellations & No‑Shows

Cancellations must be made within the time window specified at booking. Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in full‑fare charges. Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the assigned carrier.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all driver instructions. Carriers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk, engages in illegal activity, or violates vehicle rules. Cleaning fees or damage fees may apply if a vehicle is soiled or harmed.

6. Delays & External Conditions

ElevateX and its carriers are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Passengers should allow adequate time for travel, especially when heading to airports or time‑sensitive destinations.

7. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal items. ElevateX and its carriers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in vehicles.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevateX disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of transportation services arranged through our platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with service is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
